As the owner, I fully secure contracts with clients for various home improvement projects, and we're looking to bring on skilled subcontractors to execute these jobs independently. Our objective is to establish a reliable and efficient collaboration, where subcontractors have the opportunity to showcase their expertise while contributing to the success of Paradigm Home Improvement. We operate on a project-by-project basis, offering subcontractors opportunities to take on negotiated work, working as independent contractors rather than employees.
